The e-Gehalt software, which has been established on the market for several years, is being used successfully in more and more sectors. Its use has proven particularly successful in companies with a large number of employees whose workforce is predominantly active in manufacturing or in the service sector. Thus, e-Gehalt is used in all sectors, such as health care, industry, energy supply, food industry, cleaning and textile services.
Employees mostly access documents such as wage and salary statements, time sheets or expense reports via their smartphones or home PCs. This not only means cost savings for companies by eliminating the physical sending of HR documents by post, but also has other advantages.
Companies cite the goals of advancing the digitalisation of HR, making HR processes more efficient and, of course, saving costs as the reason for their use. Employees themselves are also increasingly demanding digital touchpoints with their employers. The number of employees connected to e-Gehalt increased by 253% in 2021 compared to the same period last year. We hope to build on these figures for 2022 and 2023, says Olaf Paetsch, one of the managing directors of COSBOO GmbH, which operates the e-Gehalt platform, among other things.
