How the e-Gehalt SAP® interface works

  1. User synchronisation automatically creates an e-Gehalt account for each new employee.
  2. As soon as the employees have been created in e-Gehalt, they receive the access data for the online portal.
  3. The interface automatically adds new payslips, timesheets and other HR documents to the e-Gehalt employee accounts by job.

How the e-Gehalt interface works

With the SAP® interface to e-Gehalt, HR documents can be delivered to employees fully automatically. The interface automatically creates an e-Gehalt account for each new user created in SAP®. The new user receives the access data for his e-Gehalt account with an invitation letter generated in the process.
e-Gehalt can be used by employees with or without an e-mail address. Once the e-Gehalt account has been created, payslips and other HR documents such as time sheets, social security registration certificates and the like can be sent to employees fully automatically. This allows you to offer your employees access to relevant HR documents at any time and from any location. With the help of the interface, data changes such as employee additions and departures can be transmitted en masse and automatically to e-Gehalt. You can determine which areas of your company should have which documents. The sending of employee data and HR documents can be scheduled as a job in SAP® and thus runs fully automatically. Data is exchanged via an encrypted https post via REST API. The interface automatically detects changes to user data or new documents and sends them on the fly. If users have stored an email address in e-Gehalt (optional), they are automatically informed about new incoming documents via email notification.
