User synchronisation automatically creates an e-Gehalt account for each new employee created in SAP^®. Once these accounts are created, employees receive login details for the online portal. The interface automatically adds new payslips, timesheets and other HR documents to the e-Gehalt employee accounts.

This integration offers a low-cost alternative to document delivery via SAP^®-FIORI. With the SAP^® interface to e-Gehalt, HR documents can be delivered to employees fully automatically. In doing so, companies can determine which company areas should have access to which documents. The data exchange takes place via an encrypted HTTPS post via REST API. The interface automatically recognises changes to user data or new documents and sends them "on the fly". If e-mail addresses are stored, staff members are automatically informed about new incoming documents via e-mail notification. It remains to be mentioned that e-Gehalt can also be used for the delivery of payslips and other HR documents without the use of employee e-mail addresses.
