The HR employees receive an e-Gehalt login with access to user administration, document administration and corresponding reports. In the document management, the documents generated by the HCR system you use can be uploaded for further processing.
During import, the PDF provided by the HCR system is split by our import tool so that the individual documents are automatically assigned to your employees. Our system scans the documents and our e-Gehalt algorithm automatically assigns the payslips to each employee. You can then track the successful processing of the documents and their allocation via corresponding reports.
Your employees have a personal login to access wage and salary documents at any time and from any location. At the same time, e-Gehalt meets all legal requirements for the digital delivery of such documents and sets standards in terms of access security.
In addition to earnings statements, other HR documents such as time statements or registration certificates can also be imported. In addition to batch processing, it is also possible to send individual documents to employees manually. To do this, the user is searched for via the user administration and a document can be uploaded directly for this user. If the employee has stored an e-mail address, he or she can be automatically informed about newly received documents.
If one of your employees now logs into the system with his or her access data, he or she sees his or her documents and can download or print his or her salary statements or other HR documents.
